Custom drawer boxes are made to your numbers, which makes people nervous to order online. So we take the risk off you: measure with our guide, and if the box does not fit your opening, we remake it.
Quick answer. If you measured with the Gritly measuring guide and the box does not fit, we build it again. Keep your original measurements and photos of the opening, tell us what happened, and we make it right. It applies to custom and standard boxes ordered to the guide.
How it works
Measure with the guide
Follow the measuring guide for your case: existing box, cabinet opening, side mount or undermount. Write down what you measured and where.
Order to those numbers
Enter the dimensions you measured. We build exactly that box, dovetailed and assembled.
If it does not fit, we remake it
Send us your original measurements and a couple of photos of the opening. If the box you measured for does not fit, we build it again.

Because every custom box is cut to one customer’s numbers, custom orders are not returnable for a refund the way a stock item is. The fit guarantee is how we stand behind them instead: we would rather remake a box than leave you with one that does not work. Not sure about a measurement before you order? Fit guarantee questions
What do I need to keep for a remake?
The measurements you took and, if you can, a photo or two of the opening and the box in place. That is how we see what happened and cut the corrected size.
Does it cover custom sizes?
Yes. The guarantee exists specifically so you can order a custom box online with confidence. Measure with the guide and you are covered.
What if my cabinet is not square?
Old and racked cabinets are common. Measure the opening at several points and use the smallest number. If it is badly out of square, tell us and we will help you pick a size that clears.
